If you have questions about the Pissinator, then this is a good place to start.  Below is a list of the most common questions that we have encountered.  If you don't see a question below that you would like answered or the answer that is given is not helpful, feel free to call us or send us an email and we will be happy to try and answer your question.

Question #1

How does the Pissinator start and stop the flow of urine?
Answer: The Pissinator uses an internal pinch valve to start and stop the flow of urine.  Simply pinch the shaft of the faux penis and urine will begin to flow. When you stop pinching the fluid stops flowing.

Question #2

How is the operation of the Whizzinator Touch different from the Pissinator?
Answer: The Whizzinator Touch is operated by holding the prosthetic with one hand which pinches the shaft of the prosthetic just behind the head of the prosthetic. This is done to prevent any urine from flowing. Your other hand opens the Whizzinator Touch's on/off clip valve. As long as you continue to pinch on the shaft of the prosthetic the urine won't flow. When you're ready for the urine to start flowing you stop pinching on the shaft of the prosthetic.

The Pissinator is operated by holding the prosthetic with one hand which pinches on the shaft of the prosthetic just behind the head of the prosthetic. This is done to start the flow of urine. To stop the flow of urine you simply stop pinching on the shaft of the prosthetic. The Pissinator does have an on/off valve located between the reservoir bag and the prosthetic. The on/off valve serves as a safety measure to prevent any fluid from leaking out during transportation. Once the Pissinator's on/off valve is in the on position, the urine will not flow out of the Pissinator unless you pinch on the shaft of the prosthetic. The Pissinator is worn with the on/off valve in the on position. Therefore, when you're ready to use the Pissinator all you have to do is use one hand to "whip it out" and pinch on the shaft of the prosthetic to start the flow of urine and stop pinching to stop the flow of urine.

Question #3

How much fluid does the Pissinator's reservoir bag hold?
Answer: About 140mL or 4 ounces. However, it is recommended that you only fill the reservoir up to about 130mL as a safety precaution.

What is included in a complete Pissinator  kit?
Answer: A complete kit comes with a prosthetic unit, with all the necessary hardware, one vial of synthetic urine, 4 ounce reservoir with mounting strap, two heat packs, temperature indicator, refill pump, and detailed instructions.

What is a prosthetic?
Answer: People most commonly associate prostheses with missing arms and legs, but we are using the term to refer to the actual faux penis.

What colors do you offer?
Answer: We have approximately 8 standard colors.  Custom colors can be ordered at an additional cost. Contact us for more information on custom colors.

Question #7

What is synthetic urine?
Answer: Synthetic urine has almost the exact same chemical composition as real human urine.  Although synthetic urine is made in a lab, it still has the proper color, pH, and all of the common compounds found in a real urine solution.  This solution includes creatine, urea, magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and many more.

What is the Pissinator used for?
Answer: The Pissinator is an adult sex toy. It is a sterile and ultra hygienic urinating device which can be used as a wet sex simulator, wet sex stimulator, or even as a novelty item.
The Pissinator was designed for people who enjoy this type of pleasure but are concerned about some of the problems associated with human urine. Human urine is defined as a sterile solution, which means that  bacteria has a difficult time thriving in it.  However, human urine is not germ, virus, and bacteria free.  Human urine can be very hazardous to humans.
Synthetic urine is the perfect substitution for human urine and some of the problems associated with it. There is no need to worry about bacteria, germs, viruses, or other contaminants as synthetic urine is created in a sterile lab environment.  Synthetic urine can mixed with water and used immediately. You get the realism of urine without the problems and dangers associated with real human urine.

Question #9

Can I use the Pissinator to pass a drug test?
Answer: No. Do not use the Pissinator in an attempt to pass a drug test. Substituting your urine in an attempt to defraud a lawfully administered drug test, is illegal. Therefore, using the Pissinator to substitute your own urine is illegal and could result in fines and/or prosecution by the entity which requested that you provide a urine sample.  We neither promote nor sell the Pissinator for the purposes of defeating a lawfully administered drug test. Please read the answer to Question #7 for information on what the Pissinator is to be used for.

Question #10

How exact are the color samples available for each prosthetic?
Answer: The color samples are actual photographs of what the product will look like.  However, your computer monitor and settings may affect the look of each color that you see on the screen but the actual color will be very close to what you see in the picture.

Question #11

What if I don't like the color of my product.  Is it possible for me to exchange it for another color?
Answer: Yes, but only as long as the clear, sealed packaging has not been opened or tampered with.  The shipping costs to return the original item and pay for the exchanged item to be shipped are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Once the sealed packaging has been opened it cannot be exchanged.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Answer: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day.  All Saturday orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST in order to be shipped the same business day. All Sunday  and Holiday orders will be shipped the following business day.  Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.

Question #13

When can I expect my package to arrive?
Answer: This is dependent upon the shipping method option you selected at the time of checkout and can range from one to seven business days.  Please refer to your purchase invoice for specific shipping information.

Question #14

Who will be delivering my package?
Answer: This is dependent upon the shipping option you selected at the time of checkout.  However, we typically ship through the United States Postal Service and Federal Express.

Question #15

I chose one delivery service to ship my package and it was delivered by another carrier. Is this normal?
Answer: On occasion we may have to switch carriers due to unforeseen events or shipping time frames. If the carrier we switched to is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs.  If the carrier is more expensive than the shipping option you selected, we will not charge you the difference. If it's vital that one particular carrier deliver your package, please let us know by leaving a note in the comments section of the order page.

Question #16

Can I have my package delivered to a post office box?
Answer: Yes, but you will have to ship your package using the United States Postal Service.  UPS and Federal Express DO NOT deliver to post office boxes.  If you need a next day delivery option to mail to a post office box, you may contact our office for a quote.

"Top Tips" On The Use Of A Pissinator

Over the years we have received a few tips from our customers regarding use of the Pissinator and we thought this would be a good place to post a few of the "Top Tips".

Tip #1

"Make sure you're pinching on the valve before you begin squeezing on the urine bag.  Once the urine starts to flow you can squeeze harder on the bag.  Also, stop squeezing on the bag before you stop pinching on the prosthetic's pinch valve.  This is done to prevent any leaks  from forming due to excessive pressure in the bag."

Tip #2

"There are two heat packets included in the kit.  However, I discovered that it wasn't necessary to use them.  The area under my armpit was warm enough to heat the urine up to normal temperature.  Not everyone will be able to do this as some people radiate more heat under their armpits than others but it's worth trying to see if it'll work for you also."

Tip #3

"Never put the Pissinator prosthetic in the freezer.  If you want to store a full urine bag in the freezer, make sure you disconnect the urine bag from the prosthetic.  It's not easy to do so if you're afraid that you might break something, just remove the urine from the bag with the refill pump.  Place the contents of the refill pump in a clean, sealable, and freezer safe container and store until you're ready to use."

Tip #4

"Make sure you put the temperature indicator and the heat pad on opposite sides of the urine bag.  It is more comfortable to put the heat pad on the side of the bag that is facing away from your body."

Tip #5

"Practice, practice, practice.  I used a lot of water to practice with my Pissinator before actually filling it with urine.  Water's cheap, synthetic urine ain't."

 Tip #6

"Never leave your Pissinator sitting on the coffee table alone in the same room with your Rottweiler.  Any body want to buy one slightly used Pissinator?"

Tip #7

"Make sure you follow their directions and empty out all of the residual urine from the reservoir and the prosthetic if you are planning on storing the prosthetic for any period of time.  The smell of urine that's been left in a urine bag for a month is indescribable."

Tip #8

"There is an extra measure of security that you can use if you're really paranoid about any accidental leaks caused by a freak accident.  There is an on/off/refill valve located between the urine bag and the prosthetic.  You turn this little valve toward the off position and leave it there until you're ready to use the prosthetic.  Aside from the urine bag being stabbed by a mugger, there is virtually no way for anything to leak.  I've put mine through hell and have never had even one little accidental drip."

Tip #9

"I never wear pants when I use my Pissinator.  However, it's a good idea to mention that you should not wear the Pissinator with anything that's too restrictive (role playing can get a little unpredictable at times).  Remember the saying, you gotta let it breathe."

Tip #10

"Make sure you stir the synthetic urine thoroughly before putting any in the reservoir bag.  I should also mention that you do not want any air to get in the reservoir while filling.  To prevent this from happening you should invert the refill pump once it's filled with urine and push out any air that may have gotten into the refill pump."

Tip #11

"The best place for the urine bag is under your armpit.  This area is perfect.  However, I have experimented with other locations with good success.  Just make sure that where ever you mount the reservoir it is above the tip of the Pissinator (this is only if your not squeezing the bag)."

Tip #12

"I get a little sweaty under my armpits and I found that if I wrapped the urine bag in a rag it not only kept the bag warmer for longer but my left armpit didn't feel sweaty.  However, the other armpit was business as usual.  I know it's gross but it's a normal body function (I'm talking about sweating)."
